May 8, 2018 – The Ascension of Jesus
Ephesians 1 gives us a point of entry, for the uninitiated, to usher in new thinking about the Ascension of Jesus Christ.
The Ascension is not just a random event that comes and goes, in and then out of history as an interesting and unexplainable event.
It is the intentional product set out from before the creation, and still in play with consequences for us here and now.
Here we take a 50,000 foot flyover view of the sweep of history leading up to the Ascension of Jesus.

There is a possible lesson to be learned when we read the Bible and the point you made about Logical Properties and inter-relationships! We too often want to pick and choose a single word, verse or possibly chapter and want it to stand alone by itself to produce an Orthodoxy! This might not be a good idea. Inter-relationships and inter-dependence are key in scripture reading. In correct Orthodoxy is a key factor for the condition of our world today!
